I am the Founding Director of Quality Service Awareness Institute, India. I have held very senior positions in the insurance industry for over 4 decades now in India, Kenya(twice), Mauritius(twice), Tanzania, Zambia, Malawi and Uganda across Africa. I am also an ex-banker(Central Bank Of India) and have worked in the private sector as well.

I am currently, the Chief Operations Officer of Indian Ocean General Assurance Ltd in Mauritius and am also The President, Mauritius Chapter of HR Success Talk.

I am also a published author, a published poet, channel partner of SQI, USA, conducting their certification programs on “Customer Retention Strategies”. I also conduct programs for the Kenya Institute of Bankers, Kenya and the Madras Management Association, India, and am a guest writer for Thrive Global, India and a columnist for various websites.
